India gets it’s first bottled mulled wine just in time for Christmas

With Christmas and New Years’ celebrations around the corner, Grover Zampa Vineyards is all set to add on the festive spirit with its latest and newest offering – the country’s first-ever bottled mulled wine – One Tree Hill Mulled Wine.

Traditionally savored during the winter around the holiday season, mulled wine, is a concoction of spices blended perfectly to keep you warm.

Taking inspiration from the traditional Indian Kadha recipe which comprises Indian spices and herbs, the wine is infused with spices like black peppers, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, tulsi, cardamom, and lemon topped with star anise, parsley, fennel, cumin seeds, orange peel, and kapok buds.

Speaking on introducing mulled wines to India, Vivek Chandramohan, Chief Executive Officer says, “As it is the first-ever homegrown mulled wine in India, we have added a touch of the Indian heritage taking notes from the age-old kadha recipe. The warmth of the wine fused with the natural benefits of Indian spices also works as a great antidote to the winter chills when consumed moderately.”

The One Tree Hill Mulled Wine gives an Indian twist to this European classic making it a perfect drink to get cozy this winter with friends and family. A combination of the traditional Indian spices with the wine leaves you with a warm and soothing taste.
