“Nippon Art On A Platter” brings alive well contemplated and contemporary signature renditions. Chef Kamlesh Joshi’s special menu commences with a blast of Shochu bomb and includes Yuzu and mint spheres spiked with fresh Wasabi, Sea Urchin and Monkfish Liver Edo style to Chilean sea bass, Koshikari rice with percolated essence of Katsuobushi and Kombu and culminate with the delectable dessert – the Rain drop, jaggery and yuzu ganache, chocolate soil. along with choices for the vegetarian palate.
