The culinary experience at Kopper Kadai brought together with the specially crafted menu, reflects the joy of sharing the Holy month’s blessings with an equal focus on offering a gastronomical delight.
To be served all day, the menu is carefully designed by Chef Akshay Nayyar and includes a selection of Indo Arabic specialties like the Limonana, a chilled concoction of unripe lime and peppermint with a dash of ginger, Tamer Hindi, a refreshing tamarind and rose drink, Chutney Hummus & Missi Khubus, Ajwaini Shish Taouk, Laham Mastava, a special silky lamb curry cooked with almonds and brown onion, Chicken Tikka Khabsa, essentially pot sealed chicken tikka and Arabic rice flavored with cinnamon and cumin.
