The session will begin with pre-running stretches and breathing techniques to prep you up for the 5 km run through Cubbon Park and this will be followed by a one-hour Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation session.
The Run and Yoga combination is a perfect choice for those looking to workout both the mind and body as there is tremendous synergy in both these disciplines – Moving Meditation to a Study in Stillness.
