Going strong with its expansion plans, the brand has introduced its first lounge specially catering to the sweet tooth enthusiasts. The launch of the 22 – seat lounge reflects the core concept of TBC’s love for freshly baked goodies that goes back to the days of yore when the aroma of newly baked breads from downtown bakery would waft down the streets.
The Baking Company (TBC) will offer fresh baked goodies that are made without the use of preservatives and will bring forth a myriad range of offerings with a focus on freshness, quality and healthy bakes. The menu, apart from offering an eclectic mix of hot and cold beverages, will tantalize consumers with both eggless as well as gluten free product options. There will also be an entire range of breads, pastries, cookies, sandwiches, savories, tarts, and their signature dishes such as the Red Velvet Cupcake.
Mr. Vineet Verma, Executive Director, Brigade Hospitality Services Limited, said “It is our endeavor to ensure that ‘The Baking Company’ gets identified for its unique offering of freshly baked, ‘right out of the oven’ products that do not have any added preservatives. After successfully launching the first outlet at the Orion Mall and having replicated the same across in Orion East, TBC is now transitioning into a full-fledged lounge. We further look forward to fanning out our lounges and providing healthier alternatives to our patrons across the city.”
