Café Coffee Day had recently announced its pet-friendly initiative by making its cafes open to pets. In continuation of these efforts, it is going one step forward this holiday season. The café chain is throwing special Christmas parties for pet lovers, pet owners and their furry friends.
The 2-day festival “Pawsome Christmas” will be held on 19th and 20th December at its Indiranagar and Cunningham Road cafes.
While the pandemic has kept most people away from celebrations this year, these events will be a chance to celebrate the holiday season with friends and pets.
The events will have a lot to offer from a selfie corner to a beautifully decked up Christmas tree and special treats for pets sponsored by The Doggy Bakery. The Pawsome Christmas parties are designed to spoil pets with a fun Santa Claus who will add to the fun and festivities.
Speaking about the thought behind this initiative, Vinay Bhopatkar, CEO, Café Coffee Day, said “Over the last couple of months we have worked towards making cafes with outdoor spaces pet friendly so that our customers can share these experiences with their pets as well.”
CCD plans to build a strong pet community by making its cafés pet friendly. Further, these initiatives will promote the community of pet lovers who would love to spend time outdoors with their pets but don’t have too many options to choose from.
CCD has been following a 360-degree approach to safety and hygiene and has also ensured that all its partners are aligned to the same process.
