India’s first gamebar with social darts debuts in Bengaluru

You know that feeling when you’re hanging out with your best mates and time just disappears? When you realise that it’s been hours, but it feels like it’s only been a second since you all met? When all you remember later is the fun, the laughs, the action, the chaos? That’s the feeling K-OS is trying to create for their guests. They do this using authentic, individually designed games, which is blended with seamless next generation technology and best in class customer service.

K-OS Theory, was founded in 2020 by 4 friends – Arun Devadas, Aditi RaoNithin Jaganathan and Anirudh Vijayaraghavan, who have known each other for over a decade having been classmates and workmates. They have been passionately following developments in social gaming, having experienced concepts in 40+ countries and are excited about building something new that can bring some of the joy they have experienced to customers in India. 

K-OS started by focusing on introducing social darts to India, launching a small kiosk in a mall as a pilot. 100,000+ dart throws later, they have now launched K-OS, The GameBar in Koramangala, Bangalore. Spread across 3,000 sq ft, The GameBar boasts of 10 dart lanes, an outdoor area with a collection of entertaining party games, and a specially curated food and drinks lineup which allows you to continue enjoying your game uninterrupted.

It delivers curated team building sessions for corporates and also organises social dart tournaments, karaoke sessions and other activities as ice-breakers.

Their product team is focusing on creating new games while their technology team is looking to use machine vision and machine learning to provide immersive experience that allows the customers to focus on the game.

The founders are keen to grow the brand and bring their experiences to audiences across major Indian cities in the near future.
